Our primary focus is on opioid dependency. This focus includes but is not limited to:
- Initial and follow-up examinations screening
- Monthly medication management
- Systematic symptom review (vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, weight and body mass index)
- Orders specimens for routine laboratory test (i.e. CMP, CBC & diff, thyroid function panel, cholesterol, lipc, Hepatitis c)
- Monthly urine drug screens
- Pregnancy screens
- Chart Reviewed with Attending Physician
- Provides referral for Individual, Group or NA Counseling
